- Per-owner receipts for accounting — no in-app payment split (rent settles to the connected gateway; subscriber’s own Inter/Asaas PJ receives directly).
- Tenant app (iOS + Android, Accordous-branded).
- Enterprise (20+): SLA, ERP integration with Fluxous only, whitelabel — no SSO.

Pricing is fixed per property per month and does not vary with rent amount. There is no separate public “annual discount” tier.
